Powerscapes
Powerscapes is a network of researchers from around the world. Its hubs are at the Centre for Regional Development and Public Policies Studies at University of Los Lagos, and the Institute of Geography at Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. The network is interested in revealing the local dynamics of power relations in sites and spaces of natural resource extraction. Approaches to power relations research are derived principally from the fields of political economy, political ecology and political geography.
